Rachel Hoffman is a global leader with deep expertise in hemostat, sealant, and adhesive technologies. Prior to joining Medcura, Rachel was the Global Head of the Medical Device & Diagnostics business segment at Syneos Health, where she grew the business and operational capacity from clinicals to the full-spectrum of product development, including scientific consulting and regulatory oversight. Rachel also held positions as VP of Clinical Operations for Biom’up  where she took HEMOBLAST Bellows from the lab to successful commercialization;  VP of Clinical Operations  at NAMSA and Artivion (formerly CryoLife). Rachel specializes in translational research and regulatory strategy for medical devices and holds a degree in biomedical engineering from Duke University (Durham, NC).
