Don McCaughey is a seasoned leader and special operations veteran serving as both a US Army Special Forces Medic and paramilitary operator within the CIA. During his career, Don had significant experience in regions of conflict around the world, where he routinely encountered and managed combat trauma in the field. Don received a B.S. from Texas A&M (College Station, TX), a B.A summa cum laude from Arizona State University (ASU)  and an M.P.A. from Harvard  (Cambridge, MA) with a concentration in management, leadership, and development.
